Privacy Policy
To combat the excessive amount of personal data subject to processing and improve its protection, thereby increasing consumer and business confidence, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (“General Data Protection Regulation”, GDPR) came into being, applicable since May 25, 2018 to all businesses operating within the European Union (EU).
As a European regulation, the GDPR is directly applicable to all Member States at the same time, through which it aims to standardize and strengthen the rules on personal data protection for all EU citizens. In Portugal, the implementation of the GDPR is ensured in the national legal system by Law 58/2019, of August 8.
As a data controller, respect for the rights of our users, including the privacy and security of their personal data, is of the utmost importance to My Nanny Village.

- To keep the personal data processed only until the purposes for which they were processed cease to exist;
-
To provide any clarification that the user, as holder of personal data, requires.
